Why is my engine light on?
There are many reasons why your EML may be illuminated. This could be for something very simple or can indicate something more serious. The light can be either Orange or Red. Our advice is if the light is Red then the vehicle should be stopped immediately and contact the garage. Should the light be illuminated Orange then it is best to contact the garage as soon as possible to arrange a diagnostic check.
Should the oil in my car be changed?
We advise that all vehicles should have the oil changed every twelve months, even if your vehicle has not done many miles. Oil ages over time and becomes less effective at lubricating your engine as it is designed to do. A fresh oil change helps to ensure that the moving parts within your engine remain lubricated effectively and this helps to maintain the engine’s efficiency.

Will my warranty be affected if I don't have a main dealer service my car?
We can service your car in accordance with the Main dealer/Manufacturer Warranty. By using genuine parts and following the Manufacturer Service Specification, this ensures that your warranty will not be affected.
Do you service and diagnose Mercedes vehicles?
We can service and diagnose all Mercedes Cars in line with Manufacturer Specifications. We can also work on some Mercedes vans but you will need to check with us to ensure that we can accomodate the vehicle size in the workshop.
Are you able to service my car even though I don't live locally?
We offer a While you Wait service so even if you are not local we can still MOT and Service your vehicle while you wait. Loddon has some lovely places offering food and refreshments if you fancy exploring while your vehicle is being worked on.
